I worked with Sharon Tallent at Highland on both the purchase and sale of my condo. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market in my town (Winthrop). I had spoken to another realtor before her who underestimated the value of my home, but ultimately decided to go with Sharon (thank goodness!) who delivered in a tricky time of year (November) and brought in more than what I had initially expected. Always professional but also also very caring - loved working with her!

Highland Group and Jonathan Polino really helped my Aunt through the process of rehabbing and selling her condo, which she lived for almost 40 years, so she could relocate to Myrtle Beach to be near her grandchildren.
